Hi. I’m Alison Bartish. I have been practicing yoga therapy for 3 years. Over this period of time, I’ve noticed a shared story between most of my clients of, “I know what I need to do, but I’m afraid to do it.”
I’ve worked with folks individually on this; exploring their fear “origin story,” using somatic tools + art therapy practices to dig beneath the surface, in order to empower them to create a new set of {un}limiting beliefs.
